Refund Policy

At ZAHA we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item if:
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All tags, packaging, and accessories are still intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is provided.

2. Return Process

  • Contact our support team at ZAHA Customer Service with your order number and reason for return.
  • Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  • Ship the item back to us using a secure courier.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will update you on the status.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued via bank transfer, or original payment method (depending on your purchase).
  • Refund processing may take 3–7 working days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange for a different size or color:

  • Exchange is subject to stock availability.
  • You may be required to top-up any price difference.
  • Exchange shipping fees are borne by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.

6. Damaged / Wrong Item Received

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours with photos or video as proof.
  • We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once shipped, the order follows the standard return process.
